IPO Finance Manager

Requirements:

a. Max. age 40

b. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1)

c. Willing to work from office in Bandung, West Java

d. Experienced in Finance and Accounting as Manager for minimum 7 years

e. Experienced and directly involved in IPO Process

f. Familiar the Audit Process (Internal and External)

g. Experienced and knowledgeable of the Capital Market

h. Able to create Strategic Financial Plans and Budgets

i. Willing to work underpressure

j. Having work experience in a company that has gone public (IPO) or is a

publicly listed company (Tbk);

Job description:

a. Planning: Developing and managing the IPO project plan, including a critical path readiness report, maintaining processes for accurate financial reporting and internal controls to meet IPO standards

b. Coordination: Liaising with advisors, managing requests, and ensuring advisors receive due diligence requests on time, collaborating with legal, compliance, and external consultants to ensure that IPO deliverables are completed on time

c. Communication: Ensuring that financial documentation complies with regulatory requirements, ensuring stakeholders are kept up to date, and providing status reports

d. Risk Management: Mitigating potential risks and ensuring accurate disclosure of information, preparing and updating business policies, memos, and control processes to ensure IPO readiness

e. Budgeting: Managing the IPO budget and allocating resources efficiently

f. Post-Listing Support: Providing support for investor relations, compliance reporting, and stakeholder relationships

g. Other Responsibilities include: Managing the virtual data room, coordinating information for the prospectus, ensuring the correct level of management attendance at project meetings, building credibility with stakeholders, and facilitating change management.
