Job Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain IoT systems to collect real-time data from production machines, sensors, and industrial equipment.
- Integrate PLCs, sensors, cameras, and IoT gateways with internal monitoring systems and data platforms.
- Develop and implement automated inspection or monitoring systems using sensors or computer vision to support quality control.
- Build dashboards and monitoring tools to visualize machine performance, production data, and key operational metrics.
- Troubleshoot and maintain IoT devices, communication networks, and data systems to ensure reliable operation.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to support automation initiatives and continuous process improvement.
