- JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a highly analytical, business-oriented, and detail-driven Investor Relations professional to support the company’s fundraising, investor communication, strategic reporting, and corporate storytelling initiatives. This role requires someone who is able to bridge finance, business operations, and communication into compelling narratives and data-driven presentations for investors, partners, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate must have strong financial understanding, excellent presentation capabilities, exceptional English communication skills, and the ability to deeply understand business processes and operational performance.
The Investor Relations function will work closely with management, corporate finance, operations, strategy, and business development teams to ensure accurate, insightful, and investor-ready communication.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Investor Communication & Fundraising
- Support fundraising activities including preparation of fundraising materials, investor outreach, and follow-up communication.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective investors.
- Prepare investor updates, quarterly reports, board materials, and fundraising decks.
- Assist management during due diligence processes and investor meetings.
- Coordinate data requests and maintain investor documentation.
- Translate operational and financial data into investor-friendly insights and presentations.
- Support financial modeling, budgeting analysis, valuation support, and scenario analysis.
- Presentation & Corporate Storytelling
- Create high-quality PowerPoint and Canva presentations for investors, partnerships, and strategic meetings.
- Develop compelling business narratives supported by accurate data and market insights.
- Present complex financial and operational information in a clear, concise, and visually engaging manner.
- Assist in preparing reports for stakeholders, management, and strategic partners.
- Support management in corporate planning and strategic communication initiatives.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- MBA or finance-related certifications are a plus.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Consulting, Strategic Finance, Venture Capital, Private Equity, or related fields.
- Experience in startup, agribusiness, manufacturing, commodity, or technology sectors is a plus.
- Fresh graduates with exceptional analytical and presentation skills are welcome to apply.
- Strong understanding of Financial statements, Financial analysis, Business processes, Business performance metrics, Financial modeling basics, Strong ability to read, interpret, and present data effectively.
- Excellent PowerPoint and Canva skills with strong attention to design and storytelling.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with data visualization and reporting tools is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills are mandatory.
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management abilities.
- Able to communicate complex business and financial information clearly and professionally.
