Job Descriptions:
1. Research & Analysis:
- Conduct comprehensive research on potential investment opportunities, market trends, industry dynamics, and competitor landscapes.
- Analyze financial statements (income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements) of target companies.
- Analyze data to identify patterns and inconsistencies within market and company data.
2. Financial Modeling & Valuation:
- Build and maintain financial models to evaluate investment opportunities and support valuation analysis.
- Perform cash flow analysis and project future financial performance.
3. Reporting & Presentation:
- Compile and prepare presentations, pitch books, and investment reports for senior team members and external stakeholders.
- Communicate key investment insights and recommendations effectively.
4. Due Diligence & Deal Execution:
- Assist in the due diligence process by gathering and analyzing data for prospective deals.
- Support the execution process of live transactions and origination efforts.
