About Job:
To execute financial instrument investment transactions, settlement, and recording of individual transactions through the preparation of reports and periodic evaluation of the Company's investment portfolio performance and risk levels, while monitoring compliance with investment placement limits in accordance with applicable regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Execute investment and hedging transactions involving financial instruments, including transaction strategies and negotiations with relevant third parties, to achieve targeted transaction volumes and obtain the best available pricing.
- Prepare the settlement and recording of individual transactions to prevent transaction failures and ensure the accuracy of transaction data entered into the Company's accounting system.
- Manage liquidity based on cash flow projections received from the Treasury Management Department and Investment Management Department.
- Prepare periodic reports and evaluations on the performance of financial instrument investment portfolios, including portfolio risk levels and compliance status with individual and portfolio investment placement limits.
- Monitor Asset Liability Management (ALMA) and adjust asset allocations based on liquidity and foreign exchange risk exposures to determine hedging requirements.
- Conduct internal and external reconciliations with the Group Accounting function to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Fulfill investment transaction and financial instrument data requirements for auditors and internal stakeholders.
- Execute the placement and evaluation of reciprocal deposits in accordance with Cooperation Agreements (PKS) with banking institutions.
- Prepare other investment management reports required by Management and relevant stakeholders accurately and in a timely manner to support decision-making and necessary follow-up actions.
Qualifications:
Education
Bachelor's degree (S1), preferably in Economics, Business, Management, Finance, or Accounting.
Experience
Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience is preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Auditor, Dealer, Investment Analyst, or Market Research professional is preferred.
Training / Special Skills
Possession of a Wakil Manajer Investasi (WMI) certification is preferred.
Certified Securities Analyst (CSA) certification is preferred.
