Job description for Investment Manager at Private Company (A Gobal leader of new energy innovative technologies)
Job Description:
1. Leading overseas investment projects (mainly in Southeast Asia), conducting investment project evaluation and negotiating agreements;
2. Communicate with local governments and state-owned enterprises, including leading the negotiation of subsidy policies and coordination of government relations;
3. Coordinate the negotiation of service agreements with joint venture companies beforehand
Requirements:
1. Education: Master's Degree or above Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, etc.
2. Language ability: Chinese, English, Indonesian Chinese proficiency
3. Experience: 5 or more years of investment work in overseas enterprises; familiar with the government situation, policies and environment of Southeast Asian countries; ability to independently co-ordinate the project team, adequate communication and co-ordination skills;
