Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Expansion Leadership: Take charge of our company’s investment and franchise strategy, aligning with our long-term goals to drive business growth. You’ll oversee the entire process—from attracting investors and franchisees to expanding our business footprint across the nation.
- Investment & Franchise Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive investment and franchise plans that include strategic site selection, market entry, and customer acquisition. Your efforts will be crucial in identifying and securing prime locations for new stores nationwide.
- Market Analysis & Trend Forecasting: Lead market research initiatives to analyze industry dynamics, forecast trends, and develop strategies that keep us ahead of the competition. Provide insightful reports and actionable recommendations to guide our market positioning and expansion efforts.
- Team Development & Leadership: Mentor and manage our investment and development team, providing training, guidance, and performance assessments. Your leadership will be essential in building a high-performing team capable of driving successful expansions.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
- Over 5 years of experience in franchise management, with a strong background in the F&B industry and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG). Proven success in expanding businesses within these sectors is essential.
- Exceptional management, organizational, and communication skills. The ability to coordinate across teams and handle the pressures of a fast-paced environment with resilience and adaptability.
- Able to communicate in English & Mandarin.
