Job Description
As an Investment Analyst, you will focus on analyzing market conditions, macroeconomic developments, and investment opportunities to support the company’s strategic decision-making.
This is a pure analytical role, where your primary responsibility is to generate insights and recommendations, while execution activities will be handled by the related team.
Your responsibilities include:
- Monitor global and domestic financial markets, including equities, FX, bonds, interest rates, and mutual funds
- Analyze macroeconomic trends, market sentiment, and financial developments
- Prepare market updates, analytical reports, and strategic investment insights for management
- Track central bank policies, economic data releases, and geopolitical developments impacting markets
- Identify investment opportunities, market trends, and potential risks across asset classes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from any major (Finance / Economics is a plus)
- Strong understanding of equities, macroeconomics, foreign exchange, bonds, and investment instruments
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Up to date with global financial and economic news
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiar with AI-based and analytical tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, TradingView, or similar platforms
- Experience in treasury, investment, wealth management, capital markets, banking, or research-related roles is preferred
- Candidates with prior experience in Treasury, Global Markets, Investment Research, or Management Investment (MI) roles will be highly preferred
- Age 25–31 years old
- Domisili Surabaya preferred
