Job description for Inventory Supervisor at PT. Borwita Indah
We're looking for an experienced Inventory Supervisor to lead inventory control operations and ensure stock accuracy across our warehouse operations. In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining inventory integrity, optimizing warehouse utilization, and driving continuous improvements in inventory processes through data-driven analysis and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily inventory control activities including Cycle Count and Stock Take.
- Ensure inventory accuracy across inbound, outbound, and replenishment processes.
- Perform inventory reconciliation between ERP/WMS systems.
- Monitor inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
- Optimize warehouse storage capacity and inventory flow.
- Manage near-expired inventory and write-off processes.
- Prepare inventory reports and operational KPI dashboards.
- Collaborate with Warehouse, Finance, Commercial, and Supply Chain teams to improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, Statistics, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Inventory Control or Warehouse Operations.
- Strong knowledge of Inventory Management and Warehouse Operations.
- Experience using ERP/WMS (Odoo experience is a plus).
- Experience in Warehouse E-commerce
- Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and inventory reporting.
