Job Descripsion :
- Check and ensure the conformity between the stock in SAP and the physical stock in the warehouse (Stock Opname).
- Create Stock Opname official reports (Berita Acara).
- Create a comparison report between SAP stock and the manual stock provided by the Warehouse PIC at the end of each month to review stock movement (Receipts & Issues).
- Familiarity with standard inventory and warehousing procedures.
- Support and implement company QHSE programs (Quality, Environmental, and OHS/K3 Management Systems).
Job Qualification :
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Economics.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Good general understanding of inventory management.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles.
- Strong decision making and problem solving skills.
- Familiar with accounting software.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
