JOB VACANCY

Inventory Refraction Optician

We are currently seeking a qualified and detail-oriented candidate to join our team as an Inventory Refraction Optician.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Optometry, Optical Science, or related field
Minimum 1–2 years experience in inventory management, optical industry, or warehouse administration is preferred
Good understanding of stock and inventory management processes
Familiar with eyewear products such as frames, sunglasses, lenses, and accessories
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
Detail-oriented, disciplined, and responsible
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively

Job Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage inventory of frames, sunglasses, lenses, and optical accessories
Ensure stock availability according to operational needs
Record and update incoming and outgoing inventory data in the system daily, weekly, and monthly
Conduct regular stock opname and inventory audits
Maintain cleanliness and organization of inventory areas
Coordinate with suppliers regarding product availability and shipment schedules
