Inventory Officer

📍 Full WFO – Cimanggis, Depok, West Java

Job Description:

1. Monitor daily stock movement and inventory accuracy
2. Conduct cycle count and stock opname activities
3. Investigate inventory discrepancies and provide findings
4. Ensure warehouse location accuracy and stock placement
5. Validate inbound, outbound, and stock movement transactions
6. Prepare inventory and stock reports regularly
7. Support warehouse operational activities when needed

Requirements:

1. Minimum 1 year of experience in the Inventory/Warehouse area
2. Experienced in the FMCG, fashion, e-commerce, or 3PL industry is preferred
3. Able to work in shifts
4. Good understanding of inventory control and warehouse processes
5. Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, Lookup, and basic formulas)
6. Familiar with Warehouse Management System (WMS)
7. Detail-oriented and disciplined
