Job description for Inventory Controller at PT Swap Energi Indonesia

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

1. Memastikan stock gudang sesuai dengan system.

2. laporan inventory (stok barang, movement barang)

3. Melalukan forecasting untuk perencanaan stock dan pengadaan barang.

4. Submit ke sistem accounting.

5. Bisa menganalisa movement data inventory (tidak hanya hitung fisik, memindahkan barang dll)

6. Paham proses stock opname

7. Bisa pake sistem ERP untuk rekonsiliasi dengan sistem

8. Bisa menggunakan excel (menggunakan rumus vlookup, sumif, dll) untuk analisis inventory

9. Penempatan Cakung Jakarta Timur

Persyaratan

1. Gelar Sarjana di bidang Akuntansi

2. Memiliki kemampuan excel yang baik untuk mengolah data stock gudang

3. Memiliki pengalaman stock opname

4. Mampu berkoordinasi dengan tim operasional (gudang, aftersales), purchasing dan accounting/finance.

5. Minimal 2 tahun pengalaman kerja sesuai deskripsi pekerjaan
