Job description for Inventory Controller (Distribution Center) at PT Ameya Livingstyle Indonesia
General Description:
The distribution center section is a part of cutting department that responsible for managing the flow, sorting, numbering, bundling, and timely delivery of cut fabric components from the cutting room to the sewing floor or sub-contractor factory.
Key responsibilities
- Assign unique sequence numbers, serial codes, and ply numbers to every pieces of cut fabric layer to maintain shade and size consistency across the garment pieces.
- Ensure an uninterrupted, synchronized supply of cut bundles to the respective sewing lines according to daily production planning targets, preventing line starvation or bottlenecks.
- Maintain accurate registers and digital/ERP logs for issued quantities, bundle balances, remnants, and rejects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree (S1) from Industrial Engineering
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply or least 1-2 years of working experience in the related field (Garment Industry)
- Energetic, have a good personality, integrity, and high motivation
- Good analytical and able to take initiatives
