Job description for Inventory Control Supervisor F&B at Konnichiwa Group (pt Lima Pilar Sentosa)

Min. 2–3 years of experience in SCM, Inventory, Warehouse, or related roles, preferably in the F&B industry.
Strong understanding of inventory management, stock opname, cycle count, FIFO/FEFO, stock accuracy, and stock movement.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIF/SUMIFS) and familiar with ERP/WMS systems.
Able to analyze inventory variances, stock discrepancies, overstock, stockout, and slow-moving items, and implement appropriate corrective actions.
Experienced in leading inventory/warehouse teams and coordinating with Warehouse, Purchasing, Production/Central Kitchen, Operations, Sales, and Finance to ensure smooth SCM operations.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, leadership, attention to detail, integrity, and ability to prepare reports and communicate inventory issues effectively to management.
