Job description for Inventory Control Staff at Grounds Studio

INVENTORY CONTROL STAFF

Full time (Probation 3 bulan)

TUGAS & TANGGUNG JAWAB

Menjaga akurasi data inventory melalui stock opname, cycle count, dan audit rutin
Memonitor dan mencatat seluruh transaksi inventory (barang masuk, keluar, mutasi, adjustment, hingga repair) secara detail dan akurat
Melakukan rekonsiliasi stok fisik dan sistem secara berkala, serta menganalisis data transaksi untuk mendukung akurasi pencatatan inventory
Menyusun laporan inventory (harian/mingguan/bulanan) sebagai dasar pengambilan keputusan tim
Berkoordinasi dengan lintas divisi untuk memastikan proses inventory berjalan lancar

PERSYARATAN

Pendidikan min. D3/S1 Teknik Industri, Logistik, Supply Chain Management, Manajemen Operasional, atau jurusan relevan
Pengalaman min. 1 tahun sebagai Inventory Control, stock Controller, atau posisi sejenis
Teliti dan terbiasa bekerja dengan data dalam jumlah besar
Mahir Excel (pivot table, VLOOKUP) untuk mengolah dan menganalisis data
Familiar dengan sistem ERP/WEMS jadi nilai tambah
Mampu bekerja cepat dan tetap akurat di tengah volume transaksi tinggi
Disiplin, komunikatif, dan mampu bekerja mandiri maupun dalam tim
