INVENTORY CONTROL & QUALITY ASSURANCE OFFICER
Key Responsibilities:
1. Monitor inventory across all RO3ST operational brands.
2. Conduct stock audits and reconcile physical stock with system records.
3. Control waste, stock losses, expiry dates, and inventory discrepancies.
4.Ensure FIFO/FEFO implementation, food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
5. Monitor inventory-related COGS and prepare audit reports.
Requirements:
1. Minimum D3/S1 in Food Technology, Logistics, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory control, quality assurance, or F&B cost control.
3. Strong understanding of inventory systems, stock reconciliation, FIFO/FEFO, and food safety.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
5. Detail-oriented, analytical, disciplined, and trustworthy.
