MASSHIRO&Co. sedang mencari seorang Inventory and Warehouse Admin. Posisi ini cocok bagi Anda yang cekatan, teliti, dan bertanggung jawab untuk memastikan operasional gudang dan manajemen stok berjalan dengan sempurna.

Key Responsibilities:

Mencetak barcode produksi setelah PO terbit serta mengelola serah terima paket dengan kurir ojek online dan JNE.
Mengambil barang sesuai permintaan tim SO, mencatat mutasi pada kartu stok, dan melakukan rekap data harian sebelum hitung fisik.
Mengatur penempatan barang di gudang menggunakan sistem FIFO serta menjaga kebersihan dan kerapihan ruang inventory.
Melaksanakan proses hitung fisik barang harian di gudang dan melakukan audit stok bulanan.
Bertanggung jawab penuh atas keamanan stok dan akurasi pengambilan barang untuk mencegah kehilangan aset perusahaan.

Job Requirements:

Pendidikan minimal S1 dengan pengalaman kerja di bidang administrasi gudang, logistik, atau manajemen inventory.
Memiliki SIM A aktif.
Memahami prosedur pencatatan kartu stok, administrasi gudang, dan prinsip pengaturan barang berbasis FIFO.
Memiliki tingkat ketelitian yang sangat tinggi dalam menghitung fisik barang dan melakukan rekapitulasi data harian.
Jujur, disiplin, dan memiliki rasa tanggung jawab yang tinggi dalam menjaga keamanan aset dari risiko kehilangan.
Memiliki kondisi fisik yang prima untuk menangani operasional gudang dan pergerakan stok secara aktif setiap hari.
