Inventory and Fulfillment Specialist (Jakarta and Bandung)

To support our daily operations and ensure smooth warehouse and order fulfillment processes, we are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory and Fulfillment Specialist (for Jakarta and Bandung placement) to join our team.

This role will focus on managing inventory, packing customer orders accurately, and maintaining efficient warehouse operations. If you enjoy hands-on work and take pride in being organized and responsible, this could be a great opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and maintain a clean, efficient, and well-structured warehouse environment
• Monitor stock levels and support weekly inventory checks, reconciliation, and reporting
• Ensure accurate tracking of incoming and outgoing inventory
• Identify and report stock discrepancies, damaged goods, or low inventory levels
• Support continuous improvement of warehouse workflows and processes
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with a high level of accuracy
• Label and package items securely to ensure safe delivery
• Conduct quality checks before orders are dispatched
• Keep the packing and fulfillment area tidy and organized
• Handle return orders and help optimize the return process to reduce refunds
• Support local parcel delivery when needed

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) or higher in all majors
• Able to speak conversational English and understand written English
• Able to lift and move packages safely
• Willing to work on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays
• Responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented with strong execution skills
• Possessing a motorbike and a valid driving license is a plus
• Previous experience in warehouse operations, order packing, or administrative support is a plus, but not mandatory
