Job description for Inventory & Cost Control Manager at The Harvest Group

*1. Tanggung Jawab Utama Inventory Management*

1. *Perencanaan & Kontrol Stock*: Mengelola seluruh inventory Raw Material, WIP, Finished Goods HO & Outlet. Memastikan ketersediaan stock aman tanpa overstock/dead stock

2. *Stock Opname*: Merencanakan, mengoordinasi, dan menganalisa hasil Stock Opname bulanan/quarterly HO + Outlet. Investigasi & follow up selisih >toleransi

3. *Sistem & FIFO/FEFO*: Memastikan penerapan FIFO/FEFO, stock rotation, dan traceability sesuai standar BRCGS Food Safety Issue 9

4. *Cycle Count & Audit*: Melakukan cycle count berkala + audit random ke warehouse HO & Outlet untuk validasi data vs fisik

5. *Slow Moving*: Mengidentifikasi, menganalisa, dan memberi rekomendasi tindakan untuk item slow moving, dead stock, near expired

*2. Tanggung Jawab Utama Cost Control & Costing*

1. *Food Cost & COGS*: Menghitung, menganalisa, dan mengontrol Food Cost % per produk/line produksi. Target jaga sesuai budget perusahaan

2. *Variance Analysis*: Membuat laporan variance usage, yield, wastage harian-mingguan-bulanan. Cari akar masalah + rekomendasi perbaikan ke Production

3. *Standard Costing*: Update & maintenance Bill of Material, Recipe Costing, Standard Yield di sistem ERP. Koordinasi ke R&D jika ada perubahan resep

4. *Waste Control*: Monitoring & analisa waste/spoilage/damage. Bekerja sama dengan QA & Production untuk program pengurangan waste

5. *Price Update*: Mengupdate harga beli dari Purchasing ke sistem & menghitung dampaknya ke HPP + margin produk

*3. Tanggung Jawab Reporting & Sistem*

1. *Report*: Menyusun report harian, mingguan, bulanan: Inventory Movement, Usage Report, Variance Report, Cost Saving, dll untuk BOD/Management

2. *ERP/Integrasi*: Memastikan data inventory di ERP/Accounting system akurat & terintegrasi dengan Purchasing, Production, Sales

3. *Budgeting*: Ikut menyusun budget COGS, inventory, dan waste untuk tahunan/quarterly bersama Finance

*4. Tanggung Jawab Kepatuhan & Tim*

1. *BRCGS & Halal*: Memastikan seluruh proses inventory + dokumentasi traceability sesuai BRCGS Issue 9 dan HAS 23000

2. *Leadership*: Memimpin, membina, dan mengembangkan tim Inventory & Cost Control. Evaluasi KPI tim

3. *Improvement*: Mengusulkan dan mengimplementasikan sistem/prosedur untuk efisiensi inventory & pengurangan cost loss
