Job description for Internships Merchandise & Development Product Fashion at PT. Niaga Aneka Mode
OVERVIEW
We are looking for a creative and data-driven Merchandise Intern to join our team. In this role, you will assist our merchandising team in product curation, sales analysis, and inventory management to help deliver the right fashion products to the right place at the right time.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist in developing merchandising strategies that align with customer expectations and brand goals.
• Analyze sales figures, customer feedback, and fashion trends to anticipate product demand.
• Support inventory monitoring and track stock movement for markdowns, promotions, and clear-outs.
• Collaborate with buyers, suppliers, and operational teams to manage product availability.
• Participate in sales forecasting and Open-To-Buy (OTB) tracking (Sales, Margin, and Inventory).
• Bring fresh insights on emerging fashion trends to support product selection.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Male or Female, maximum 28 years old.
• Diploma/Bachelor's degree (D3/S1) student in final semester or Fresh Graduate majoring in Fashion Design, Fashion Merchandising, Retail
Management, or related fields.
• Strong passion for and understanding of the fashion retail industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel for data analysis).
• Good analytical skills, high attention to detail, and commercial awareness.
• Able to work full-time hours (Monday – Friday) at our Surabaya Head Office.
• Proactive, creative, and capable of working both independently and in a team.
