What you'll do:
- Assist end to end recruitment Talent Acquisition/HR team in daily recruitment and employer branding activities
- Assist in coordinating interviews and communicating with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Help maintain and update candidate, recruitment, and employer branding databases
- Support recruitment reports, talent pipeline tracking, and employer branding performance monitoring
- Support recruitment content and job posting preparation to attract potential candidates
- Support employer branding initiatives employer branding content for social media and career platforms
