- Conducting candidate searches through job portals, social media, references and databases
- Running recruitment processes
- Developing candidate search strategies
- Creating job postings according to the qualifications currently needed by the company
- Having high creativity and initiative in finding sources for candidate searches
Requirement :
- Freshgraduate in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
- Being an intern recruiter with experience is advantageous.
- Knowledge of the entire recruitment process is advantageous.
- Communicative, smart and self-starter
- Desire to learn new things
- Paid internship
- Willing to participate in a 6 month internship
