Internship Opportunity: Project Associate
Location: Alam Sutera, Tangerang, Banten (This is a WFO environment)
Duration: 3–6 Months with option to be extended to 12 Months. Upon completion, there will be opportunity to be converted into Full Time / Contract Employment

Hubaku Group specializes in Shopee Marketplace Management. We help brands and sellers run and grow their Shopee stores, from GMV Max management and listing optimization to promo planning.
We are looking for a Project Associate intern to support our project management team on daily client operations. This internship is a development track: interns who perform well will be prepared for a Project Executive role handling our English-speaking regional clients.
Responsibilities:
- Export and organize daily store performance data from Shopee Seller Center for each client.
- Prepare client reports and presentation decks.
- Work alongside the Project Manager on client communication, including messages, meeting preparation, and follow-ups.
- Keep project trackers and task lists up to date.
- Support other day-to-day project needs as they come up.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written. This is a must, and part of the interview will be conducted in English.
- Final-year student or fresh graduate from any major.
- Comfortable with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets) and presentation tools (PowerPoint or Google Slides).
- Detail-oriented and reliable with daily, repetitive tasks.
- Clear and professional communicator, with the confidence to speak with clients.
- Interest in e-commerce or marketplaces; familiarity with Shopee is a plus.
