Job description for Internship Program (Mandarin Speaker) at PT China Trading Indonesia
PT China Trading Indonesia is a service company specializing in comprehensive import and export solutions. Our core business includes customs clearance, product sourcing and procurement, payment services, and inspection support. In addition, we operate several business divisions that provide company establishment, visa processing, tax consulting, and car rental services. Currently we are hiring Mandarin Speaking Intern to support our employees, managers, directors, and clients with translation and interpretation, as well as assist with administrative tasks.
As part of the internship, you will also have the opportunity to learn about our core business services, providing valuable knowledge and hands-on experience in the foreign investment company service industry.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Translation and Interpretation: Translate and interpret documents and communications between our company and Mandarin-speaking clients and partners.
- Gain hands-on experience by learning about and assisting with our core business services, including import and export, tax consulting, visa processing, company establishment, and car rental services.
- Contract preparation, communication of documents, invoices, tax receipts, etc;
- Other tasks assigned by leaders.
Requirements
- Final year students/Fresh Graduate of Chinese Literature or related.
- Basic Mandarin speaking and reading skills are acceptable.
- Has basic administrative skills.
- Has a strong willingness to learn and excellent communication skills.
- Available for a minimum Internship Period of 3 months.
Office hours:
Monday-Friday: 09:00-16:00
