Key Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting legal research and preparing legal documents.
- Support legal administrative processes, including contracts, agreements, and legal correspondence.
- Assist lawyers in case preparation and client documentation.
- Organize, file, and maintain company and client legal documents.
- Perform other administrative and legal support duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Final-year Law student or a Fresh Graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Law.
- Basic knowledge of corporate and civil law is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work under deadlines.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
