WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Management & Executive Assistant Intern
So Living Bali is offering an internship program for students interested in learning property management operations directly alongside management.
Location: Kerobokan, Bali (Full-time / On-site)
Duration: 3–6 Months
Allowance: Included
Key Responsibilities:
-Assist management with schedules, task tracking, and daily priorities.
-Coordinate daily operations with clients, vendors, and business partners.
-Support business projects, research, and documentation.
-Assist with basic accounting and financial administration, including recording transactions, organizing invoices and receipts, and tracking payments and expenses.
-Support management in monitoring operational and financial records.
-Assist with preparing simple reports and documentation for business operations.
Qualifications:
-Active university student in Management, Business, Accounting, Communications, Hospitality, or related fields.
-Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with numbers and documents.
-Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
-Basic understanding of accounting or financial administration is a plus.
-Able to work full-time and on-site in Kerobokan, Bali.
