Responsibilities :
- Assist in day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks.
- Help manage employee records, databases, and recruitment processes.
- Assist in onboarding new employees and preparing orientation materials.
- Maintain and organize HR documents, monitor attendance, and compile leave records.
- Support employee engagement, internal development, and HR program implementation.
Qualifications : - Bachelor's Degree (S1) / Fresh Graduate in Psychology, Management, or other relevant fields.
- Owns a personal laptop and is proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with adaptability for interpersonal relations.
- Creative, problem-solving, and able to coordinate/collaborate effectively.
- Based in Malang is preferred, ready for a 6-months hybrid work setup (WFO & WFH).
