Job Description
- Assist HR team in daily administrative activities, including employee data management and documentation.
- Support recruitment processes such as CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
- Help prepare HR documents (contracts, attendance records, onboarding/offboarding files).
- Assist in payroll support tasks and employee administration under supervision.
- Support General Affairs activities, including office administration, inventory tracking, and vendor coordination.
- Assist in organizing internal events, employee engagement activities, and training sessions.
- Maintain and update HR databases and filing systems.
- Provide general support to HRGA team as needed.
Requirements
- Final-year student or fresh graduate from Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Basic understanding of Human Resources and General Affairs functions.
- Good administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and verbal).
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to learn, proactive, and responsible.
- Able to commit to the internship duration as agreed.
