Job description for Internship HR at Englishvit
Job Description:
- Assist in the recruitment process, from CV screening to initial interviews.
- Support employee administration such as filing and updating data.
- Help with employee training and development programs.
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Prepare HR reports and update data in the HRIS system.
Requirements:
- Minimum education of D3/S1, undergraduate very welcome
- Interest in HR and employee development.
- Able to work both in a team and independently.
- Good at English communication
- Willing to intern for at least 3 months.
