Front Office Operations
-Provide services & information to guests
-Upsell room & services
-Maintain guest accounts
Housekeeping Operations
-Maintain style & comfort of guest rooms
-Ensure guest room are well equipped
-Clean & maintain public & back area
F&B Service
-Maintain high quality food & services
-Upsell F&B products
-Deliver F&B services efficiently
