- Generate new business leads and opportunities through emails, cold-calling, networking, etc
- Analyse and conduct research regularly on industry, market and competitors to stay updated on latest happenings
- Identify, develop, and execute new strategies for business growth
- Prepare sales pitches and proposals, and follow up with leads
- Develops and refines negotiation and pitching strategies by keeping up to date with best practices
- Identify client's challenges, business needs and objectives to structure proposals
- Propose recommendations for structuring a well defined partnership deal for clients
- Establish and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients
- Undergraduate student in Jabodetabek majoring in any major
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Extensive knowledge of skincare industry is a plus
- Willing to learn about skin care industry
- Driven and hard-working
- Ability to take direction and multi-task
- Active listener and effective communicator
- Practical experience with current business development techniques
- Shadowing, mentoring, and training opportunities with successful professionals
