Job Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and execution of corporate events, including seminars, client gatherings, and business forums
- Support event logistics, including venue setup, materials preparation, registration process, and coordination with vendors
- Assist in managing guest coordination, including invitations, attendance tracking, and on-site reception
- Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth, timely, and professional execution
- Maintain and update guest lists, attendance records, and basic event databases
- Assist in post-event follow-ups, including coordination and communication with participants
- Support event documentation, including photo collection, note-taking, and preparation of event recap reports
- Coordinate with internal teams (PR, Social Media, and Client Relations) to ensure alignment and effectiveness of events
