Job Description:
- Help prepare and run events and offline activations.
- Help find and communicate with vendors, sponsors, brands, and communities.
- Assist with partnership and collaboration activities.
- Help prepare event proposals, presentations, and briefs.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners during events.
- Help manage KOL, community, and brand collaborations.
- Research potential partners, communities, and event opportunities.
- Help with event preparation, execution, and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Final-year student or fresh graduate from Marketing, Communications, PR, Event Management, or related fields.
- Interested in events, partnerships, and marketing.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Able to work well in a team.
- Comfortable communicating with external parties.
- Willing to support offline events when needed.
- Experience in organizing events or campus activities is a plus.
- Interested in sports, fitness, and lifestyle is a plus.
