Job description for Internship Customer Service Agent at Lyman Property
As a Customer Service Agent Intern, you will communicate with customers and help them with their questions about properties. You will handle calls and customer visits, provide accurate information, and assist with administrative tasks. You will also help solve customer complaints, maintain customer satisfaction, and work with other teams to support sales targets. You may also use your communication, presentation, and analytical skills when dealing with customers and business partners.
We are looking for a female candidate with a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major. At least 1 year of experience in customer service or administration is a plus. You should have good communication, customer service, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. You should also be able to use Microsoft Excel, Word, and Office. Good grooming, public speaking, and presentation skills are required. We are looking for someone who is willing to learn, work in a professional environment, and grow with the company.
Responsibilities:
- Handle and resolve customer complaints.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer account through open and interactive communication
- Assist administrative operational needs
- Maintain relationship with new and existing customers
Requirements:
- Candidate should possess at least Bachelor's Degree, any field
- Proficiency in spoken and written English (this is an English speaking position)
