Job description for INTERNSHIP - Creative Digital at Nomora

Requirements/Qualifications

• High School (SMK) / Associate Degree (D3) / Bachelor's Degree (S1) Design, Communication, Visual Communication Design (DKV), Marketing, or related fields / Fresh Graduates welcome to apply!

• a hybrid work setup (WFO & WFH) for 6 months

• Must have a personal devices (laptop)

• Able to work both independently and as part of a team

• Eager to learn and stay updated with the latest digital and creative trends across platforms

• Familiar with tools such as Canva/ Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, CapCut/Adobe Premiere Pro/ Figma, or Meta Business Suite

• Strong creative thinking, copywriting, and visual storytelling skills; able to turn campaign ideas into content across formats

Job Responsibilitions

• Develop creative concepts and content ideas for digital campaigns across social media, ads, and other digital platforms

• Create engaging copywriting aligned with the brand voice for various digital channels

• Design and produce visual content (posts, banners, ad creatives, landing page visuals) with an attractive, cohesive look

• Edit promotional/content videos in line with current trends

• Collaborate with the marketing/sales team to align creative direction with campaign goals

• Research digital trends, competitor creative, and audience insights to inform new ideas

• Assist with photo/video documentation of products or company activities

• Monitor content/campaign performance and recommend creative improvements

• Maintain visual identity consistency across all digital touchpoints

Notes: Monthly allowance of IDR 300,000 based on attendance and performance, plus a performance-based bonus at the end of the internship.
