Job Description :
- Create engaging TikTok content with a strong focus on hard-selling and conversion-driven videos
- Develop UGC-style content that feels authentic, relatable, and persuasive to drive product interest and sales
- Plan and execute content ideas based on trends, audience behavior, and campaign objectives
- Handle end-to-end content production (concepting, scripting, shooting, editing, caption writing, and voice-over)
- Actively research TikTok trends, sounds, and formats to optimize content performance
- Collaborate with marketing/team to align content with campaign goals and product messaging
- Optimize content for engagement, click-through rate (CTR), and conversion
- Test multiple content angles (hooks, storytelling, selling points) to identify high-performing formats
- Maintain consistency in posting and manage content calendars
- Monitor content performance and provide insights for improvement
Requirement :
- Final-year student or fresh graduate, preferably in Communication, Marketing, or a related field
- Available for a 3-month paid internship (full-time)
- Strong interest in TikTok content creation, especially hard-selling and UGC-style content
- Familiar with TikTok trends, formats, and basic understanding of the algorithm
- Basic skills in video editing (CapCut, VN, or similar tools)
- Creative, proactive, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Confident (or willing to learn) to appear on camera and deliver engaging content
- Good communication skills and able to work in a team
- Able to manage time and meet content deadlines
Paid : Rp 100.000,- per day
