Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage sales-related documents, including quotations, contracts, and proposals.
- Ensure accurate data entry and management in CRM systems.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating sales meetings, presentations, and events.
- Identify bottlenecks in sales operations and suggest solutions to improve efficiency.
- Maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for sales processes.
- Generate and analyze sales reports to provide insights into performance trends.
- Track sales metrics, targets, and pipelines to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements :
- Final-year student or fresh graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
