PT. Jelita Indah Berseri is a company specializing in cosmetic and skincare manufacturing services through a maklon (OEM/ODM) system. We are currently seeking a dynamic International Sales Marketing B2B (Maklon Kosmetik) to acquire new clients interested in partnering with us for cosmetic and skincare production.
Qualifications:
- Minimum D3 or Bachelor's degree in any major.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken (mandatory).
- At least 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within the cosmetic maklon industry.
- Strong understanding of the cosmetic and skincare manufacturing sector.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Committed to maintaining confidentiality regarding company and client projects.
Job Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell cosmetic maklon services to potential clients.
- Identify and approach prospective clients, and manage follow-up on recurring orders.
- Conduct product presentations and effectively address customer inquiries and complaints.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, from initial proposals to long-term collaborations.
- Achieve sales targets in terms of both revenue and volume.
- Actively identify, attract, and manage new business opportunities.
- Analyze market trends and develop innovative, competitive, and profitable sales strategies.
