Job description for International Sales (experience handles sales export FMCG) at PT. Aroma Prima Livindo
Job Describtion :
- Develop and execute international sales strategies to achieve revenue and export targets.
- Identify and develop new markets, distributors, importers, retailers, and business partners overseas.
- Prepare quotations, price lists, proposals, sales contracts, and commercial offers for overseas customers.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, MOQ, shipping terms, and commercial agreements with international clients.
- Handle the end-to-end export sales process, from inquiry and order confirmation through shipment and payment
- Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Logistics, Finance, Regulatory, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth export operations.
- Develop and maintain a strong international customer pipeline through trade shows, exhibitions, business matching, digital channels, and direct outreach.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop localized marketing strategies and promotional activities for overseas markets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree min 3–5+ years of experience in export sales, international business development, or overseas sales.
- Experience in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, personal care, FMCG, or consumer products is highly preferred.
- Excellent English communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong understanding of international beauty markets and consumer trends
- Comfortable working with sales targets, budgets, forecasts, and performance reports.
- Willingness to travel internationally for exhibitions, customer visits, and business meetings.
- Willing to be placed at Greenlake City, Tangerang.
