We are looking for an International Patient Service professional to assist international patients, particularly Mandarin-speaking patients, throughout their healthcare journey.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in any major.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Patient Service, Customer Service, Concierge, or a related field.
- MANDARIN SPEAKER – fluent in Mandarin, both written and spoken.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathetic, service-oriented, and comfortable working with international patients.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Job Description
- Assist international patients and their families during hospital visits.
- Handle appointments, admissions, discharges, and follow-up arrangements.
- Communicate with Mandarin-speaking patients regarding hospital services and administrative processes.
- Coordinate between patients, doctors, and relevant hospital departments.
- Respond to patient inquiries, requests, and concerns.
- Provide professional, empathetic, and patient-oriented service.
