Job description for INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS MANAGER at PT. YAFINDO MEGA PERMATA
Job Purpose :
Responsible for developing, managing, and expanding the company's business across international markets, including trade partnerships, distributor management, and export growth strategy in the FMCG sector.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in international business, export-import, or business development, preferably within the FMCG industry.
- Proven track record in managing overseas distributors, agents, or trade partners.
- Strong understanding of international trade regulations, export documentation, incoterms, and customs procedures.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to read market trends and competitor landscape.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally as required.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with ERP/CRM systems.
- Willing to work mobile / travel extensively, both domestic and international.
- Willing to be placed at PJS Tower, West Jakarta.
