Key Responsibilities
* Manage corporate tax compliance across all entities.
* Prepare and review monthly and annual tax filings, including fiscal reconciliations.
* Partner with external tax consultants to implement tax planning strategies across the group.
* Review the tax implications of new business initiatives, contracts, and transactions.
* Review legal agreements and corporate structures to ensure tax efficiency and compliance.
* Manage tax audits and relationships with tax authorities and external tax consultants.
* Monitor tax regulation updates and ensure compliance.
* Identify tax risks and strengthen internal tax controls.
* Partner with Finance, Accounting, and Legal to support tax-efficient business decisions.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, or related field.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in Corporate/Internal Tax.
* Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax regulations.
* Experience handling corporate tax compliance and tax audits.
* Basic understanding of Indonesian corporate law and its tax implications.
* Brevet A & B required (Brevet C is a plus).
* Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
