The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated Internal Sales Representative to support our external sales team, managing inbound enquiries, delivering expert guidance, supporting the sales process, and ensuring successful implementation and client satisfaction.
Requirements
To be successful in this role you will need to:
• Manage inbound sales enquiries via phone and email
• Provide product advice and lighting solutions to clients
• Support external sales reps with project follow ups and pipeline management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, contractors and end customers
• Ensure smooth delivery coordination
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Qualifications and Skills
• Clear communication and active listening skills
• Personable over digital channels demonstrating high EQ
• Problem-solving orientation and attention to detail
• A team player attitude with a drive for success
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple client engagements.
• Organised, self-motivated and adaptable to customers or situations
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
