LOWONGAN INTERNAL – INTERNAL CHEF

Penempatan: Kyō Coffee Jatiwaringin

Status: Full-Time

Kami membuka kesempatan bagi internal talent untuk bergabung sebagai Internal Chef, bertanggung jawab atas operasional dapur, pengembangan menu, kontrol COGS, serta kepemimpinan tim kitchen.

Kualifikasi:

Diutamakan laki-laki
Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun di F&B
Pernah menjabat Head Kitchen / Lead Kitchen
Berpengalaman dalam pengembangan menu & plating
Memahami food safety & hygiene
Mampu menghitung COGS, recipe costing, dan portion control
Memiliki leadership dan kemampuan memimpin tim dapur
Disiplin, bertanggung jawab, dan komunikatif

Tanggung Jawab:

Mengelola operasional dapur secara keseluruhan
Menjaga kualitas, konsistensi rasa, dan tampilan makanan
Mengontrol food cost & COGS
Memimpin, mengatur, dan mengembangkan tim kitchen
Menjaga kebersihan serta standar kerja dapur
