KUALIFIKASI:

Pendidikan terakhir D3/S1 dengan jurusan Tata Boga, Kuliner, Perhotelan, dan jurusan lain yang relevan
Memiliki pengalaman kerja sebagai Internal Audit Kitchen, atau Manajemen Restoran selama 1 s.d 3 tahun
Memahami operasional dapur dan alur kerja Kitchen Staff
Memahami standar keamanan & kebersihan pangan (HACCP, GMP, Food Safety dan Hygiene)
Memahami Food Cost, Inventory Control, Waste Management dalam area Kitchen
Mampu menggunakan Google Docs & Microsoft Office
Berdomisili di Kota Bandung dan bersedia WFO (5 hari kerja)
Bersedia bekerja menggunakan Device (Laptop) pribadi

TUGAS DAN TANGGUNG JAWAB :

Melakukan Quality Audit/Review atas produk untuk menjaga konsistensi rasa, tekstur, dan tampilan di area Kitchen
Melakukan Performance & Maintenance Audit untuk Equipment Kitchen
Membuat laporan terkait hasil Audit di Outlet Jabarano Coffee
Melakukan Corrective Action langsung untuk di Outlet saat Audit
Support proses Trial (Uji Coba) dan Training produk Food & Beverage
Membuat, menyusun, dan melakukan update dokumen produk
Melakukan riset dan eksplorasi tren pasar untuk pengembangan produk baru
