Job description for Intern Recruitment at PT Xing Han
Who are we? We are part of HeYu Group international company, established in 2012. For our brand Dr. Ville currently seeking a Internship Recruitment to manage and support both Human Resources and General Affairs functions. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth end-to-end Recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates through various recruitment platforms.
- Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates' motivation, communication, and suitability for the position.
- Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports.
- Assist with employee data management and HR administration.
- Support employee engagement surveys, training activities, and team-building events.
- Assist the HR team with other recruitment and HR-related projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Psychology is required.
- Previous internship or experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition is a plus.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Good understanding of basic psychology, behavioral assessment, and interview techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, patient, and able to handle high-volume recruitment tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Good English communication skills are a strong plus.
- Willing to work on-site in West Jakarta.
