Job Description:

Membantu proses administrasi HR, seperti pengarsipan dokumen karyawan, data absensi, dan administrasi personalia.
Membantu proses administrasi rekrutmen, termasuk screening CV, menghubungi kandidat, dan menjadwalkan interview.
Membantu proses onboarding dan administrasi karyawan baru.
Membantu pengelolaan absensi, cuti, izin, dan data kehadiran karyawan.
Membantu pelaksanaan kegiatan internal perusahaan dan employee engagement.
Membantu koordinasi dengan vendor atau pihak eksternal terkait kebutuhan operasional kantor.
Melakukan filing dan memastikan dokumen HRGA tersimpan dengan rapi dan mudah diakses.
Membantu tugas administratif HRGA lainnya sesuai kebutuhan perusahaan.

Job Requirements:

Mahasiswa aktif minimal semester 6 atau fresh graduate, diutamakan dari jurusan Manajemen, Administrasi Bisnis, Administrasi Perkantoran, atau bidang terkait.
Memiliki ketertarikan pada bidang Human Resources dan General Affairs.
Memiliki kemampuan administrasi dan pengelolaan dokumen yang baik.
Teliti, rapi, bertanggung jawab, dan memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik.
Mampu bekerja secara individu maupun dalam tim.
Mampu mengoperasikan Microsoft Office atau Google Workspace, terutama Excel/Google Sheets.
Memiliki kemampuan multitasking dan mampu mengatur prioritas pekerjaan.
Bersedia mengikuti program magang sesuai periode yang ditentukan perusahaan.
Memiliki sikap proaktif dan kemauan untuk belajar.
