Job description for Intern Graphic Designer at PT Good Sale Tech
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Design Team in creating and adapting visual materials for social media, e-commerce, livestream, internal communication, simple campaigns, and offline needs.
- Translate briefs into clear and on-brand visual outputs with guidance from the assigned mentor or Lead Designer.
- Assist with layout development, resizing, basic image editing, digital imaging, visual adaptation, and final artwork preparation.
- Use AI-assisted design tools when relevant to support ideation, asset development, image enhancement, and workflow efficiency while maintaining visual quality and brand consistency.
- Revise designs based on feedback and demonstrate improvement throughout the revision process.
- Manage assigned tasks, meet agreed deadlines, and gradually take ownership of routine design tasks and simple projects.
- Follow brand guidelines, design workflows, approval processes, and file management standards, and submit final outputs for review before delivery.
Qualifications:
- Final-year student with no class or fresh graduate in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, or a related creative field. Applicants from other backgrounds are welcome if they have a relevant design portfolio.
- A portfolio demonstrating good design fundamentals and independently created work is required.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Good understanding of layout, typography, color, composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Able to understand simple briefs and translate them into relevant visual outputs.
- Familiar with visual content for social media and e-commerce, with an interest in beauty, FMCG, branding, and digital design.
- Familiar with AI-assisted design tools and able to apply them to a basic creative workflow.
- Experience using AI for ideation, asset generation, or image enhancement is preferred.
- Detail-oriented, organized, willing to learn, open to feedback, and able to collaborate effectively with the team.
- Basic motion graphics or video editing skills are a plus.
