Job description for Intern – ESG (Environmental Social and Governance) at noovoleum
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Social Politics, Public Health, Economics, Management, Law, or other relevant fields.
Experience:
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in ESG, sustainability, or CSR is preferred.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply if they have strong knowledge and interest in ESG.
Skills and Competencies:
1. Solid understanding of ESG/CSR and sustainability principles.
2. Ability to analyze ESG data and prepare related reports.
3. Good communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic data analysis tools.
5. Fluent in English (spoken and written) is a plus.
6. Familiarity with ESG standards such as GRI, SDGs, etc is also a plus.
Job Description (Roles & Responsibilities):
Collect, analyze, and report ESG data on a regular basis.
Support the preparation of sustainability certifications according to applicable standards (e.g., ISCC).
Assist in the implementation of the company’s ESG strategies and programs.
Coordinate with relevant departments to execute environmental, social, and governance initiatives.
Support internal and external audits related to ESG matters.
